KS2 Teaching Assistant
Location - Northampton
Start Date - September 2025
Contract - 1 Year Fixed Term
Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

Do you have a strong desire to positively impact the classroom and assist students in KS2?
A dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant is needed to join the team of a lively and friendly Northampton primary school starting in September 2025.
This is an amazing chance to work in a supportive setting that recognises the significance of teaching assistants' contributions and offers first-rate possibilities for growth and assistance.
The role:
- Supporting KS2 pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver tailored learning support
- Supporting small groups and 1:1 sessions
- Helping to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working with primary-aged children (ideally in KS2) in the UK
- A caring, proactive, and flexible approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive
Contract Details:
- Fixed term for 1 academic year
- Full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm)
