Position: HLTA / Experienced Teaching Assistant
Pay: £115-£125 per day (negotiable)
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

Key Responsibilities
As an HLTA, you will play an essential role in supporting both pupils and teaching staff. Your duties will include:
Providing classroom support across different year groups.
Delivering whole-class teaching to cover lessons when required.
Supporting the delivery of engaging lessons to ensure pupils make strong progress.
Using effective classroom management to create a positive learning environment.
Adapting quickly to changing plans and maintaining a proactive approach.
Candidate Requirements
The successful HLTA candidate will:
Be an HLTA or a very experienced Teaching Assistant with proven ability to lead classes independently.
Have strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management skills.
Be an excellent communicator who is reliable, adaptable, and confident.
Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to supporting children's learning across all primary key stages.
