Contract: Supply (Term-Time Only, School Hours)
Pay: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children's development through play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework.

• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support children with additional needs, including ASD and speech & language difficulties.

• Assist with phonics, early numeracy, and social development.

• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Observe and record children's progress, identifying areas requiring additional support.

• Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to support learning.

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.

• Experience working in nursery or EYFS settings (private or school-based).

• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.

• SEN experience highly desirable, particularly supporting children with ASD and speech & language needs.

• Positive and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.

Compliance:

• Recognised CACHE Level 3 qualification.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).

• Right to work in the UK.

• Two recent professional references.

• Overseas police check if applicable.
