£32,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Year 1 OTE £35,000-£42,000

The Role

  • Recruit teachers and support staff for London schools

  • Source, screen, and place candidates into roles

  • Build lasting relationships with schools and educators

  • Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles

  • Hit achievable KPIs and earn commission on every placement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to schools and candidates
