Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Central London (Holborn)
£32,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | Realistic Year 1 OTE £35,000-£42,000

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Recruiting teachers and support staff into London schools

  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates into education roles

  • Building relationships with schools and candidates

  • Writing strong CVs and professional candidate profiles

  • Working towards realistic targets while earning commission on every placement

  • Acting as a trusted consultant to both schools and job seekers
