PE Teacher
Location: Northampton
Start Date: October 2025 | Full-Time | Permanent or Long-Term

Tradewind is working in partnership with a group of forward-thinking and inclusive secondary schools in Northampton, each looking to appoint an enthusiastic PE Teacher from October 2025. These are full-time roles, with permanent or long-term options available depending on your preferences and career goals.
The Role:
Teach PE across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available in some settings)
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across a range of sports and physical activities
Encourage participation, teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong love of physical activity
Support with extra-curricular sports clubs, teams, and fixtures
Contribute to whole-school wellbeing initiatives and healthy lifestyle campaigns
What We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with a specialism in PE
A dynamic and motivating presence in the classroom and on the sports field
Confident teaching across a wide range of sports and fitness disciplines
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A collaborative, proactive teacher who values holistic student development
ECTs are welcome to apply - full induction and mentoring provided
