We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and inclusive school community in Newham. About the Role

  • Work closely with teachers and the SENCo to support students with additional learning needs.

  • Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to help students access the curriculum.

  • Assist in the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and classroom strategies.

  • Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive learning environment.

About You

  • You are compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting students with diverse needs.

  • You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
