We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and inclusive school community in Newham. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), while developing your own skills and experience in a nurturing and dynamic environment.
About the Role
Work closely with teachers and the SENCo to support students with additional learning needs.
Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
Assist in the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and classroom strategies.
Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive learning environment.
About You
You are compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting students with diverse needs.
You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
