Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm or Long-Term Supply
Tradewind Recruitment is currently supporting a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in the Wellingborough area in their search for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established department that is committed to delivering engaging and high-quality mathematics education to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The Role:
Delivering the KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum in a creative and accessible way
Planning and preparing engaging lessons that support progress and attainment
Assessing, recording, and reporting on student development in line with school policy
Creating a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and curiosity in Maths
Collaborating with colleagues within the department and across the school community
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be an ECT with relevant teaching experience
Have a strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
Be committed to the academic and personal development of all students
Be flexible, adaptable, and a team player
