SANZA Teaching (Tradewind's sister agency) are working with a high-performing and inclusive primary school in Brent, seeking a skilled and enthusiastic KS2 Intervention Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher who thrives on helping pupils make rapid progress in a supportive, forward-thinking school environment. The role would suit an experienced KS2 or Upper KS2 teacher who enjoys working in small groups or 1:1 settings, focusing on raising attainment in English and Maths across Year 5 and Year 6.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
Plan, deliver and assess targeted intervention sessions in English and Maths to close gaps in learning for KS2 pupils.
Work closely with the Year 5 and Year 6 teachers, SENCO and support staff to identify needs and tailor learning programmes.
Use data effectively to track pupil progress and adjust teaching accordingly.
Provide high-quality feedback to pupils, helping to build confidence and independence.
Maintain strong communication with staff and contribute to the wider Key Stage 2 team.
