About the Role

We are seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher who brings energy, creativity, and excellent classroom management skills to ensure an engaging and positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering inspiring lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

  • Ability to choose and take a specialist subject

  • Creating a supportive and structured classroom where all pupils can thrive.

  • Implementing effective behaviour management strategies.

  • Using assessment to plan and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to promote high standards of teaching and learning.

  • Contributing to the wider school community and enrichment activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or overseas equivalent - essential.

  • Proven success in managing classroom behaviour positively and effectively.

  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.

  • Ability to plan creative, differentiated lessons that inspire learning.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Commitment to high expectations and continuous professional growth.
