The Role:
- Recruit teachers and support staff for schools in the Northampton
- Source, screen, and place candidates into roles
- Build relationships with schools and educators
- Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles
- Work towards achievable KPIs and earn commission on every placement
- Become a trusted advisor to clients in the education sector
