Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term (with potential for permanent placement)
Salary: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on students' lives, working closely with pastoral teams, students, families, and external agencies to support attendance and overall wellbeing.
About the Role:
As an Attendance and Wellbeing Officer, you will play a key role in:
Monitoring and analysing attendance data
Engaging with students and families to address attendance concerns
Supporting pupils with emotional or social barriers to learning
Working with safeguarding and pastoral teams to promote positive engagement
Liaising with external agencies and contributing to early help assessments where necessary
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in a pastoral, attendance, or safeguarding role (school-based experience is desirable)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and families
Knowledge of attendance procedures and safeguarding frameworks
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
Excellent organisational and communication skills
