Are you an experienced Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant seeking your next rewarding challenge? In this role, you'll be supporting children and young people with a variety of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, and Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties. You'll work alongside dedicated teachers and therapists to create an environment where every student can thrive both academically and emotionally.

Responsibilities:

• Providing targeted classroom support to individuals and small groups.

• Supporting pupils with personal, social, and educational development.

• Helping implement individual learning plans and behaviour strategies.

• Promoting positive relationships and inclusion within the school community.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).

• Strong understanding of SEN or a desire to develop in this area.

• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

• A full driving licence and reliable transport due to rural school settings.
