About the Role
We are looking for driven individuals with a passion for education and sales to join our London office as Trainee Education Recruitment Consultants. This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role offering exceptional training, development, and earning potential.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Tradewind Recruitment, you will work in a dynamic, high-performance environment-matching exceptional teachers and support staff with schools across the UK.

Your Responsibilities
During your first 6-9 months:
- Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles
- Craft professional CV profiles for client marketing
- Work closely with sales teams to increase candidate placements
- Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager
As you progress into sales:
- Develop new business and manage client relationships
- Negotiate margins and contracts
- Maintain safeguarding standards
- Handle challenging conversations professionally
- Deliver outstanding customer service and manage your time effectively

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and ready to work hard to achieve success.
You should have:
- A degree (with part-time work experience during university) or relevant experience if not a graduate
- Experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality, education, or other fast-paced, target-driven roles
- A consistent career history that demonstrates progression and commitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience, motivation, and a strong work ethic
- The right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
Our Hiring Process
Due to the demanding nature of the role and the high standards we maintain, our selection process includes:
- Screening call with our Talent Manager
- Psychometric test and written task
- First stage interview with a Team Manager
- Final stage interview with a Director or CEO
