Business Studies Teacher - Secondary School

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Pay: £120 - £200 per day (depending on experience and pay scale)
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term (with potential to become permanent)

The Role:

As the school's Business Studies Teacher, you will:

  • Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level)

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that link business concepts to real-world examples

  • Assess, monitor and report on student progress effectively

  • Contribute to curriculum development and the wider life of the Business department

  • Inspire students to develop entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and a passion for business

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and/or KS5
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A genuine passion for education and inspiring young minds
A valid DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one through Tradewind)
