Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time / Long-term or Permanent
Start Date: January 2026 (or sooner if available)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT who is passionate about delivering engaging and inspiring Maths lessons that help students achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

As a Maths Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver well-structured and dynamic Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable).

  • Plan, prepare, and assess learning to ensure high standards of progress and attainment.

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel challenged and supported.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practice.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through extra-curricular activities and enrichment opportunities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics (or related subject).

  • Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3-KS4, KS5 desirable).

  • Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and effective classroom management.

  • Be committed to inspiring students and developing their confidence in Maths.

  • Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS check.
