 Pay: £90 per day

These rewarding roles involve working with pupils with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication and interaction difficulties, learning challenges, and sensory needs. Each day will bring new opportunities to make a real difference to pupils' confidence, independence, and educational progress.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access learning.
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and targeted interventions.
Promoting engagement, communication, and positive behaviour through encouragement and consistency.
Supporting pupils' social and emotional development, helping them to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure every learner receives the tailored support they need.
