Contract Type: Full-Time / Long-Term / Day-to-Day Supply, Temp-Perm

Our education agency is working closely with a range of specialist provisions across Tameside, supporting children and young people with a variety of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Complex Needs.
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable teachers who are committed to making a positive impact on pupils who thrive with extra support and creative approaches to learning.
The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Work closely with support staff and multi-disciplinary teams to create inclusive learning environments.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom atmosphere.
Contribute to students' personal, social, and emotional development.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS).
Experience teaching pupils with SEND or within specialist settings.
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
A caring, resilient, and flexible approach to teaching.
