A welcoming and forward-thinking 2-form entry primary school in Burnage, Manchester is seeking a talented and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join its team from January 2026 for a two-term placement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a Year 4 class, supporting pupils through a key stage of their primary education and helping them to build the skills, knowledge, and resilience needed to succeed in the later stages of school.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across the Year 4 curriculum, ensuring all pupils are challenged and supported
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture that fosters curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.
- Using assessment effectively to monitor pupil progress, identify next steps, and inform planning.
- Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development in line with the school's ethos.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share planning, resources, and best practice.
- Maintaining clear and supportive communication with parents and carers.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, events, and school initiatives.
