Teaching Assistants - Tameside

📍 Location: Tameside & surrounding areas
💷 Pay: £90-£100 per day (DOE)
🗓️ Start: As soon as you're ready
⏳ Contract: Fully flexible - day-to-day, long-term, or temp-to-perm
⌚ Hours: Full-time or part-time (term-time only)

We're working with a range of welcoming schools across Tameside who are looking for reliable, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams. Whether you've supported children in a school, youth club, sports coaching, or any similar setting, this is a chance to make a real impact while choosing the work pattern that suits you.

No TA qualification? No problem.
If you're patient, positive, and great with young people-we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1, in groups, or within the classroom

  • Helping students stay focused and confident

  • Assisting with SEN or behaviour needs where required

  • Working closely with teachers to create a supportive learning environment

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children or young people (any setting considered)

  • Is calm, proactive, and adaptable

  • Can follow routines but isn't afraid to think on their feet

What you'll need:

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

  • Two recent references (within the last 2 years)

  • Right to work in the UK
