Teaching Assistant - Spanish Department

Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only

We are recruiting a committed Teaching Assistant to support the delivery of Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support high-quality teaching and learning in Spanish lessons.

  • Provide individual and small-group support to help students progress.

  • Assist with preparing lesson materials and classroom activities.

  • Encourage students' confidence, participation, and engagement.

  • Contribute to behaviour management and maintain a purposeful learning atmosphere.

  • Offer general administrative assistance to the department.

Requirements:

  • Strong spoken and written Spanish skills.

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

  • A positive, proactive approach to supporting young learners.

  • Ability to work well as part of a team.

  • School experience is helpful but not essential.
