Senior Education Recruitment Consultant - NEWCASTLE (Brand-New Branch Launch!)

We are opening a brand-new Newcastle branch - and we're looking for an exceptional Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to lead from the front.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most established education recruitment brands as we expand into a brand-new region. If you have proven experience in education recruitment, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and want to play a key role in building a high-performing branch from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive education recruitment experience (must have worked on a busy education desk)

• A solid understanding of the local Newcastle and wider North East school market

• A proven track record of building and managing successful desks

• Strong new-business skills and the confidence to drive branch growth

• Excellent relationship-building with schools, MATs, and education professionals

• A full UK driving licence (or currently learning to drive)

Hours

07:00 - 17:30 Monday-Friday (Term Time only)

4.5 hour shifts during school holidays.
