Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant - London

Location: London
Salary: £32,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£40,000 in Year 1)

This is a fast-paced, high-performance, sales-driven role where you'll match exceptional teachers and support staff with schools across the UK.

To be eligible, you must have one of the following:

UK Ancestry visa (or eligible to obtain one)
Partnership/marriage visa
Indefinite Leave to Remain
Youth Mobility visa, only if you also have UK links that will allow you to secure another RTW route once the YMV expires

Your Responsibilities

First 6-9 months (Resourcing phase):

  • Source and interview teachers and support staff
  • Write high-quality CV profiles
  • Support sales teams with candidate placements
  • Work towards weekly KPIs and targets

Progression into Sales:

  • Develop new business with schools
  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Negotiate rates and contracts
  • Maintain high safeguarding standards
  • Deliver outstanding service in a competitive market

You'll earn commission at every stage of your journey.

Who We're Looking For

  • Australian or New Zealand nationals already in the UK or relocating soon
  • Motivated, confident, and competitive individuals
  • Excellent communicators with strong work ethic
  • Sales, education, recruitment, hospitality, or other fast-paced experience
  • A stable career history demonstrating commitment and progression
  • Valid, independent Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
