Tradewind Recruitment is looking for confident, enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to work as Unqualified Teachers in secondary schools across Corby. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in gaining classroom experience, developing their skills with young people, or exploring a future career in teaching.
You don't need Qualified Teacher Status-just strong communication skills, the ability to engage students, and a positive, professional approach.
The Role
Delivering pre-set lessons to classes across various subjects
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting students while maintaining a focused learning environment
Supervising lessons, transitions and occasional cover duties
Working collaboratively with school staff

Ability to lead and motivate groups of students
A calm, professional and adaptable attitude
Genuine interest in education and supporting young people
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience working with children or young people
A degree or strong subject knowledge
Interest in progressing into teacher training (Tradewind offers clear routes into QTS)
