Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic, confident and adaptable individuals to work as Unqualified Teachers in secondary schools across Wellingborough. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys working with young people and wants to gain hands-on classroom experience or explore a future career in teaching.
No teaching qualification is required-you simply need strong communication skills, the confidence to lead a classroom, and a professional, positive attitude.
The Role
Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of secondary subjects
Maintaining positive behaviour and a calm, focused learning environment
Supervising classes and supporting students during lessons
Assisting with day-to-day school operations when needed
Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders
What We're Looking For
Confident, reliable individuals with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and motivate secondary-age students
Calm, organised and adaptable approach
Genuine interest in education and supporting young people's progress
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience working with children or young people
A degree or strong subject knowledge
Interest in progressing to teacher training through Tradewind's development pathways
