The Role

As a supply Level 3 Teaching Assistant with Tradewind, you will:

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging and stimulating learning experiences.
• Provide tailored support to pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Assist with the implementation of pre-planned lessons and help manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and age groups, showcasing your adaptability and passion for education.

What We're Looking For

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
• A caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one).
