Cover staff absences (sickness, training) on a whole-class, small-group, and one-on-one basis. Ideal for those with SEN/SEMH experience or aspiring teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored pupil support to help them reach their potential.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging learning experiences.
- Manage behaviour and promote a positive classroom environment.
- Implement individual learning plans with school teams.
What We're Looking For:
Positive, proactive individuals with strong communication skills, flexibility, and reliability. Educational experience is preferred but not essential. Must have or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS.
