SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time Role in Westminster (January 2026)

Location: Westminster
Pay: £90-£105 per day
Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday | January 2026 - July 2026

A high-performing and inclusive secondary school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support students with SEND in and out of lessons
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions
• Assist with behaviour management and engagement
• Support academic progress and independence
• Help build confidence and social skills

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting young people
• Knowledge of SEN (ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, SEMH)
• Patient, calm, and adaptable
• Passionate about inclusive education

Requirements:

• Degree-level qualification
• Enhanced DBS
• Relevant references
• Right to work in the UK
