Role Overview

As a Science Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with KS5 opportunities in some schools

  • Teach specialist Science subjects in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, depending on your expertise

  • Foster analytical thinking, scientific literacy, and a love of experimentation through hands-on learning

  • Use innovative teaching strategies and up-to-date resources to meet the needs of all learners

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to improve outcomes

  • Contribute to the development of an inspiring and inclusive Science curriculum

  • Lead or support extracurricular activities, such as science clubs, fairs, and STEM outreach

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

  • Confident subject knowledge and curriculum understanding in Science

  • Creative, adaptable, and engaging teaching style to support students of varying abilities

  • Strong classroom presence with excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Passionate about STEM education and inspiring student aspirations
