What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting and delivering pre-planned science lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Assisting with practical experiments and demonstrations

  • Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive learning environment

  • Helping students understand and engage with scientific concepts

  • Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

  • Participating in departmental and whole-school activities as required

Who You Are

  • Passionate about science and education

  • Confident in managing groups of students and maintaining discipline

  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to develop your skills in teaching

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential
