Primary Booster & Intervention Teachers (Year 6 SATs Support)
Sheffield | Roles Available from January | Minimum 2 Days per Week

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting experienced Primary Teachers to support schools across Sheffield with booster and intervention teaching from January. These roles are ideal for teachers who enjoy delivering focused, targeted support, particularly for Year 6 pupils preparing for their SATs.

You will be working with small groups or individual pupils, providing structured intervention in English and Maths, and helping learners build confidence and close gaps ahead of assessments.

The role will involve:

  • Leading booster and intervention sessions for primary-aged pupils

  • A strong focus on Year 6 SATs preparation

  • Delivering targeted support across Upper Key Stage 2

  • Monitoring progress and adapting sessions to meet pupil needs

  • Working across a range of Sheffield primary schools

To be considered, you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have a secure understanding of the Primary National Curriculum, particularly Upper KS2

  • Have experience teaching or supporting Year 6

  • Be able to commit to at least two days per week on a regular basis

  • Be confident delivering structured interventions
