Location: Ilford, Redbridge
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to work within a PRU in Ilford, Redbridge, supporting students who require targeted behaviour and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour mentoring

  • Support students to regulate behaviour and emotions

  • Implement behaviour support plans and restorative strategies

  • Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams

  • Support reintegration into learning and positive routines

  • Act as a positive role model for students

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour

  • Background in PRU, alternative provision or youth work desirable

  • Calm, consistent and resilient approach

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
