Salary: £90-£100 per day

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and supportive primary school in Kettering.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development, whether working one-to-one, with small groups, or assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils across the classroom and in small group settings

  • Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management

  • Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs where required

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

  • Has experience working in a primary school or educational setting

  • Is patient, nurturing, and committed to helping children thrive

  • Has strong communication and teamwork skills
