This flexible role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced educators, or anyone with strong classroom presence looking for day-to-day work in education.

The Role:

• Supervising classes during short-term teacher absences

• Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day

• Creating a calm, safe, and productive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with young people (school-based experience preferred)

• Confident, professional, and approachable manner

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable

• A genuine interest in education and supporting students
