Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming Nursery setting in Wellingborough who are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team on a long-term basis!

About you - Early Years Educator - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

• Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  * Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  * Supports children's personal, social, and emotional development effectively
  * Works inclusively to meet the needs of all children, including those with SEND and EAL
  * Communicates professionally and positively with parents and carers
  * Committed to a long-term position and becoming part of the nursery team
  * Reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about early years education
