As a Nursery Assistant working with Tradewind Recruitment, you will:
- Support babies and young children aged 0-5 in their daily routines
- Help deliver fun, engaging, and age‑appropriate activities
- Assist with personal care, feeding, and safeguarding
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and staff
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Work flexibly across a range of Birmingham nurseries

- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Experience in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
