About the Role
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to work in a supportive secondary school in the Corby area. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are looking to inspire students and develop their teaching career within a welcoming environment.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong subject knowledge and a commitment to raising attainment and encouraging a love for languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development

  • Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Specialism in Spanish (Modern Foreign Languages)

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • A passion for teaching and learning

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
