Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated Primary Teachers to join our supply team, supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in schools across Preston and Blackburn. Whether you prefer the foundational years of Year 1 or the challenge of upper Year 6, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in supportive, high-achieving environments without the pressures of a permanent contract.

The Role: At a Glance

Schedule: Term-Time Only, Monday-Friday (Ad-hoc or Regular)
Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
Pay Rate: £120 - £140+ per day (Experience dependent)
Planning: Zero planning - all lessons are pre-set and ready for delivery

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour
• Ensure a smooth handover for the permanent class teacher

This is an excellent opportunity to focus purely on teaching and engagement, without the added workload of planning and marking.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Experience teaching across KS1, KS2, or both
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A flexible, professional approach and ability to hit the ground running
