Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spanish Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Wellingborough. This is a great opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about languages and committed to helping students develop their communication skills and cultural understanding.

The Role:

You will teach Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that build students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The school has a supportive languages department and values the importance of modern foreign languages in the curriculum.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons

  • Encourage students of all abilities to participate and progress

  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Contribute to departmental planning and school activities

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Spanish at secondary level

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • A passion for languages and student development

  • An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
