Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about mathematics and committed to helping students develop confidence and problem-solving skills.
The Role:
You will teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that build students' numeracy, reasoning, and analytical skills. The school has a supportive maths department and a strong focus on student progress and achievement.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons
Support students in developing numeracy and problem-solving skills
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to departmental planning and school activities
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
Strong classroom management skills
A passion for maths and student development
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
