Tradewind Recruitment is currently partnering with a range of primary schools across Peterborough who are seeking reliable, motivated, and committed General Teaching Assistants.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates, childcare professionals, or individuals with relevant experience who are looking to build or further their classroom-based experience.

Teaching Assistant role will include:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Providing targeted support to individuals and small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required

We have a variety of opportunities available, ranging from flexible daily supply work through to longer-term placements.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working with children in any setting
• A flexible, professional, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
