About the Role

You will play a key role in the smooth running of the school's Management Information Systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting staff across the school with accurate and timely information. This is a varied and rewarding position at the heart of school operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the school's MIS (SIMS and/or Bromcom) with a high level of accuracy
  • Oversee student data, including admissions, attendance, assessment, and reporting
  • Produce reports and data analysis to support senior leadership and school improvement
  • Provide training and support to staff on MIS usage
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and school policies
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of data systems and processes

About You

  • Proven experience working with SIMS and/or Bromcom in a secondary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of school data systems, processes, and statutory requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to support and train colleagues
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • A degree is preferred but not essential for candidates with substantial relevant experience
