Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time (5 Days per Week)
Location: Lewisham, South East London

The Role:
- Provide in-class support to students across a range of subjects
- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning support
- Assist students with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum effectively
- Support behaviour management and contribute to a positive learning environment
- Deliver targeted interventions where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
- Strong knowledge of supporting students with diverse learning needs
- A proactive, adaptable, and patient approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A degree is preferred
