Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time (5 Days per Week)
Location: Lambeth, South London

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across a range of abilities, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential. You will work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to deliver targeted support both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs
- Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored learning strategies
- Support students' academic, social, and emotional development
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and support staff
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
- Strong knowledge of SEN and effective support strategies
- A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A degree is preferred
