We are currently working with a well-established trust within the Peterborough area who are looking to recruit a KS1 Primary Teacher to join their team. The schools within the trust are based in Peterborough city centre and surrounding areas, offering a supportive SLT, clear career progression, and a full-time teaching role within KS1 with PPA cover.

We are looking for a qualified teacher with QTS and KS1 experience.

About the KS1 Primary Teacher Role

• Full-time teaching within KS1, working closely with the Head of Department and SENCO
  * Part of a well-established trust with clear career progression opportunities
  * Working across Reception and Year 1
  * PPA time included each week
  * Class size of approximately 25 students
  * Strong SLT support throughout
  * Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
  * Support pupils of all abilities, including SEND and EAL learners
  * Work collaboratively with a dedicated support staff team
  * Contribute to the wider school ethos and community life

Requirements for the KS1 Primary Teacher Position

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  * Proven experience working within KS1
  * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  * A passion for education and child development
  * Ability to deliver high-quality lessons tailored to student needs
  * Strong understanding of safeguarding and the National Curriculum
