Salary: £100-£130 per day (depending on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across the Kettering area. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task while maintaining a positive learning environment.

The Role:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects

  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

  • Supporting students with their learning and encouraging participation

  • Ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment

  • Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working with young people or within an educational setting is desirable
