Teaching Assistant - Corby

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and supportive schools across the Corby area.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, or individuals looking to gain valuable school-based experience.
The Role:
- Supporting students across KS1-KS4 within the classroom
- Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons
- Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
- Encouraging positive behaviour and student engagement
- Assisting pupils with additional learning needs where necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
