Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a dedicated and proactive Behaviour and Inclusion Officer to join a supportive school in the Wellingborough area.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about student wellbeing, behaviour support, and creating an inclusive learning environment where all young people can succeed.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Support students with behaviour, attendance, and engagement across the school
• Work closely with pastoral, safeguarding, and senior leadership teams
• Promote positive behaviour strategies and inclusion throughout the school
• Provide targeted support for students facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and external agencies
• Monitor and report on student progress, behaviour, and wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with young people in a school or similar setting
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Is calm, resilient, and empathetic
• Can build positive and professional relationships with students and staff
• Has a genuine passion for supporting student development and inclusion
• Previous pastoral or safeguarding experience is desirable but not essential
