Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in the Wellingborough area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and help raise achievement within a supportive and welcoming school environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Plan and prepare high-quality learning activities
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress
- Differentiate lessons to support students of varying abilities
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Contribute to the wider success of the Maths department and school community
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is passionate about education and student achievement
- Has excellent communication and organisational abilities
