Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a supportive secondary school in the Wellingborough area who are looking to appoint a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor from September 2026.

The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task in the absence of the class teacher.
